Transforming a Hotel into a Brand Experience

During the past eight years we have helped Canaccord Genuity, a leading independent financial services firm, transform Boston’s InterContinental Hotel into a premier-branded environment for their annual Growth Conference, enhancing wayfinding and the attendee experience.

Our design system turned several floors of the hotel into a corporate branded experience for conference attendees through a variety of exhibit graphics – including signs, banners, kiosks, wayfinding, video animations, digital invitations, and more.

Communications for this event included a special accordion-folded Canaccord Genuity introduction; a 12-page invitation; a series of sector-specific brochures; email templates; welcome and tent banners; digital display scheduling graphics; registration area design; and all directional and room signing. We even designed branded door hangers – all to create a strongly branded event via total transformation of the hotel.
