Monderer Design was selected to design, develop and product the inaugural issue of IN PROGRESS, Progress Software’s new quarterly magazine for employees. An employee survey told the company that it needed to do much better at communication. This new magazine, like the survey, is a step towards improving the way Progress Software shares perspectives and information, and encourages employees to help transform the company into a high-growth, high-performing and highly valued enterprise solution provider.
Our design solution created a new magazine masthead, format size and grid template to provide structure; and then through our issue layout, demonstrated how to incorporate their corporate color palette and font families to highlight stories and features in a creative way. Our design templates are now being used for subsequent issues.
