Cvent CONNECT Conference Branding
We branded the world’s largest event-tech conference. Cvent is a market-leading meetings, event, and hospitality technology provider, whose conference in Las Vegas and London brings together more than 4,000 professionals from all over the globe. Cvent CONNECT attendees include industry experts who drive modern meetings and events worldwide. We led with a workshop with international stakeholders from Cvent to develop a theme and brand components, both visual and verbal.

“Together Now” Lockup
Why a quilt? Our workshop ultimately led to the theme “Together Now” which represents community, connection, and convergence. The visual expression of that is represented by a “quilt”—a design system our team created. The interchangeable quilt framework we developed can be adapted with icon-based and abstract patterns for an ever-changing—yet consistent—attendee experience.
Messaging & Design Guide
Words that “connect” everything verbally. Our style guide included a comprehensive set of ready-to-use messaging ideas to help Cvent CONNECT’s marketing teams and event programming leaders quickly develop on-theme copywriting and content. From clever headlines, to an extensive word bank, to event programming possibilities—there is no shortage of inspiration that also keeps the branding unified.
Design Elements: Quilt, Color Palette, Typography
A design system that brings everything “together.” The visual assets we created use quilt patterns to exuberant effect, giving color and vibrancy to event signage, messaging screens, social media tiles, motion graphic videos, and presentation decks. Our guidelines and icon library ensures the visual branding is coherent and dynamic.
